Our regular cured ends. When a pork belly is sliced into strips of bacon, the ends of the slab are not nice and square, resulting in irregularly shaped pieces, aptly named "bacon ends". Perfect addition to a soup or fajita dish, crumbled over a salad or baked potato! Same great flavor as the traditional strips, but at a lower price!
