We have sold out of pasture-raised chicken until May when 2025 birds
will be ready. For customers still interested in chicken, we have
sourced indoor-raised birds from an Amish farmer associated with our
poultry processor, Central Illinois Poultry Processing. These birds are
still of high quality, cut and packaged similar to our pasture-raised
birds.
